Annual Parish Meeting
The Annual Parish Meeting will be held on 8th April 2009 at Hopkins Hall, Hillesley. Please arrive from 6:45 for a 7:00pm start. The meeting should last around 1 hour, and will be followed by the April Council Meeting (to which members of the Public are as usual welcome).
The agenda is as follows:
7pm (Coffee available 6.45pm) 1. Apologies for absence 2. Minutes of the last meeting 3. Matters arising from the minutes of the last meeting 4. Report from the Police 5. Talk on water voles 6. Reports on behalf of the Parish Council and local organisations 7. Report from the County Councillor 8. Report from the District Councillor 9. Any Other Business D Darlow Chairman of the Parish Council 30 March 2009 Please Note: The Assembly is open to all members of the public and press, but only local government electors registered for the Parish may participate if a vote is taken on any matter. Parishioners are welcome to give their views about any Parish matter and representatives of any local group are invited to report on their year’s activities.
