NB: Members are reminded that the Council has a general duty to consider the following matters in the exercise of any of its functions: under the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000 Equal Opportunities (race, gender, sexual orientation, marital status and any disability); Crime and Disorder, Health and Safety; and Human Rights. It is also the duty of any Councillor to notify the Council of any conflict of interest arising from items on the agenda.
