We feel that the buying group is not working as well as it might.
The ordering process is fine but we don’t seem to have the confidence of our members that we are achieving the best price. So we are revising the process to take account of a wider range of quotes and members will be advised of this shortly.

I think it is brilliant - thank you very much! It works for us, and on the few occasions when I have checked out the price with our usual previous supplier, there has been a saving - sometimes considerable. The service has been excellent for us, regardless of who has supplied the oil; when it could not be delivered on the arranged date, we have had a message from the supplier to warn us of this and were given the time it would arrive the next day. Thanks to the email system, it is incredibly easy to place an order, at any time of day or night, and as a result we are never falling low through just forgetting about it. We are very grateful to all involved in organising it.
Does anyone know when the next oil delivery is dur please ?
