Hillesley & Tresham Parish Council has been informed that:-

Fastershire and Gigaclear are hosting a community meeting to explain the rollout of ultrafast fibre broadband in the Upper Kilcott (i.e.Hillesley & Tresham parish), Westonbirt and Alderley rollout areas.

This event is open to all properties benefiting from Fastershire’s phase 2 rollout with Gigaclear and the rollout is targeting those properties that still require access to faster broadband.  Alongside Fastershire’s funded rollout, Gigaclear will also be undertaking some additional commercially funded deployment in the area as well.

Location: Old Chapel Hall, Kilcott Road, Hillesley (Don’t be put off if Gigaclear literature/website is still advertising this as Wotton-under-Edge rather than Hillesley – they are aware of the error)

This session aims to answer any questions residents may have and give information about the rollout of the new ultrafast, pure fibre broadband network in these communities as well as meet with specialists from both Gigaclear & Complete Utilities (i.e. who will be carrying out the work).
