Christian Larrieu died on 6 January 2023 peacefully in hospital after a short illness.  He and Alma had lived in the village for many years, latterly at Corner Cottage.  Chris always lent a hand where needed: helping Jean next door or strimming at the top and bottom of Well Hill.  He joined in village events – this picture was taken of him running a coconut shy at a Village Day in 2009.

His family have much appreciated all the support and kind words from friends and neighbours.
