When dealing with data received from visitors to its website, Tresham Village complies with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation, a European Union data privacy law which comes into effect on 25 May 2018.
We do not divulge subscribers’ contact details and only use them for the purpose of communicating with villagers.
We only hold personal data for as long as necessary. Once data is no longer needed it is deleted from our files.
For administrative reasons email subscription data may be passed to and stored securely with third party service providers.
We never sell, rent or exchange mailing lists.
We never send bulk unsolicited emails (spam) to email addresses.
We may send emails to villagers or visitors who have made an enquiry with us, regarding information directly provided by us.
All emails sent by us will be clearly marked as originating from us.
